Resava Real Estate is offering a valuation service of a property using a matrix of all available market data to estimate a market value property worth. We will base our valuation from a combination of the following factors:
- The land department appraisal value
- The title of the property
- The age and condition of the property
- Recent sales history in the development
- Comparable properties in the immediate area
- Rental history and return on the initial investment
- Major selling features of the property
The purpose of the valuation could be for any of the following reasons:
- Official appraisal for a relevant authority
- As a supporting document to a financing application with a financial institute or bank.
- As a tool in achieving a sale
- Divorce or family proceedings
- To estimate suitable insurance coverage
- Inheritance
